What is a Tenant Association?

Under NY Real Property Law § 230, tenants can organize to communicate with their landlord as a group. This protects our right to meet, discuss building conditions, and present concerns to management without retaliation. Learn more

What we're addressing

Any building issues tenants want to raise. Common topics from our chat:

  • Cleanliness of common areas, especially the gym
  • Security — overnight doorman coverage
  • Heating and cooling system reliability and efficiency

What's next?

First meeting: As soon as possible, no later than mid-February 2026. We'll discuss building issues and prepare our requests for management.
